Vision Outreach International started in 2001 by Dr. David Brown with supporting many mission endeavors around the world. VOI has grown into a amazing nonprofit that supports not only mission work by many ophthalmologists and their teams around the word, it also advocates and supports training for surgeons and technicians with hands-on programs and a significant library of high quality educational videos.
